A graduate of Boston University and the MBA program at Fitchburg State University, Andrea Valzania has held sales and marketing positions with several Massachusetts companies over a career that has spanned nearly two decades. She began her career in 2001, gaining early administrative, client relations, and office management experience with companies such as Washington Mutual, Babson Capital, and Arthur Blair Associates. In 2008, Andrea Valzania accepted a position as a senior marketing analyst with Lee Munder Capital Group in Boston, Massachusetts, a role in which she supervised production of all marketing materials as well as workflow processes.
Ms. Valzania built upon this experience in her next position as a senior program manager with Oceanos, where she led business-to-business email marketing campaigns for major clients such as Red Hat and Adobe. She also guided internal marketing campaigns and developed familiarity with marketing software platforms such as Marketo and Eloqua during this time.
After gaining government vendor experience as a government account manager with Noble Supply & Logistics, Ms. Valzania joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts in 2015 as an account executive. Since that time, she has earned company accolades such as the Top Gun award while managing a portfolio of more than 2,700 commercial and Medicare accounts across the region.
